1

The Gameplan

We start our projects by meeting with you to plan your merch strategy. We’ll go over things like budget, item selection, and how you plan on producing and distributing your merch designs.

Once we’ve gotten a better scope and deeper understanding of your video project, we’ll send you a digital quote via your e-mail. From this e-mail, you can accept your quote, pay, and view your receipts and agreements – from anywhere, on any device.

2

The Concept

Once you have accepted your quote, a Vybe designer will create an initial design concept based on our planning meeting, and deliver it digitally for confirmation.

Once we’ve got your approval, we’ll move forward and begin applying the design to the items in your order.

3

The Application

Once your design has been applied to the specified items in your order, we will digitally deliver your mockups. From there, you can either bring these mockups to your preferred printer, or utilize our production sources for a small markup on our item cost.

4

Finishing Up

After your merch order has been printed, we can either ship it directly to you, or you can choose to pick it up from our studio during our business hours.

Either way, your Vybe designer will meet with you after delivery of your merch products to ensure that the print quality and placement are true to the design.

The Vybe Experience

Our team of digital media experts will guide you through the entire process of selecting and designing merch for your project or business.
